DELIVERY AND PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Orlando/Kissimmee area Hotels:
Your stroller will be delivered to the bell services or check in desk of the resort or hotel you listed on your reservation. When you check in, let them know that a stroller was delivered there for you. They usually keep them in a luggage storage room. Your stroller will also have your family name for easy identification.
You DO NOT need to be present for delivery of the stroller to your resort or hotel.
Disney Resorts:
We do deliver to Disney resorts, but they require their resort guests to meet with our delivery driver. All deliveries and pick ups will need to be made face to face with one of our company employees.
To be able to accommodate all our customers we kindly ask you to be available from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the delivery and pick up time on your reservation.
The driver will send you a message 15 minutes before arrival.
Important: Choose a time in which you will be able to meet with us for both delivery and the return.
We meet the guest at the drop off/registration drive way.
Westgate Lakes Resort:
Due to the recent rule changes made by the Westgate Lakes Resort we do not deliver to or pick up from the Westgate Lakes resort located at 9500 Turkey Lake Rd.
Vacation homes:
If your stroller is being delivered to a private home or vacation rental, please make sure you are checked in before your scheduled delivery time. The stroller will be dropped off at your front door or at the community clubhouse (if applicable). You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. For returns, simply leave the stroller in the same location it was originally delivered to. If your community has a gated entrance, please be sure to provide the gate code for driver access.If you have a special request for a delivery time, please text or email us to see how we can accommodate your request.

You can pick up from and/or return to our office. We are conveniently located +-10 minutes from the Orlando airport.

Davenport, Winter Garden, ChampionsGate, and Clermont are outside of the Free Delivery & Pick-Up Area.
A $15 delivery fee applies to ChampionsGate and select areas of Davenport and Winter Garden.
A $20 delivery fee applies to Windsor Cay in Clermont.
We do not currently deliver to other areas of Clermont.
