Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental and use of products, goods, and services provided by Stroller To Go, LLC (“Stroller To Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, making a reservation, accepting delivery, or using any rented item, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not place an order, complete a reservation, accept delivery, or use any rented item.

1. Definitions

Items, Products, or Goods means any stroller, scooter, car seat, booster seat, accessory, rain cover, basket, charger, or other property rented or sold by Stroller To Go.

Services means delivery, pickup, concierge, reservation support, and any related service offered by Stroller To Go.

Reservation means the booking you place for rental items and related services for a specific date, time, and location.

Return or Returned means the item has been physically handed back to a Stroller To Go representative or has otherwise been expressly confirmed by Stroller To Go as received.

Unattended means an item is not in your physical possession and is not being directly transferred to a Stroller To Go representative or to an approved secure handoff location expressly permitted by us for your reservation type.

2. Reservation Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation email and making sure all details are correct, including dates, times, resort/hotel name and address or vacation-home address, contact information, and reserved items. Failure to notify us of an error may result in delays, missed appointments, redelivery fees, or other charges caused by incorrect information.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a reservation is paid. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid, the price for that reservation is locked in, except for:

  • approved reservation changes,
  • additional items or services added later,
  • fees triggered by these Terms and Conditions, or
  • taxes or required charges that must be collected by law.

Payment is due in advance unless we expressly agree otherwise. You authorize Stroller To Go to charge the payment method used for your reservation for amounts properly due under these Terms and Conditions, including approved reservation charges, late fees, missed-appointment fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, replacement costs, and unpaid balances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@strollertogo.com. Cancellations are not accepted by phone, voicemail, website chat, text message, WhatsApp, or social media unless we expressly confirm acceptance in writing.

  • If we receive your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the reservation, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will apply.
  • Reservations made for delivery within 24 hours of booking are non-refundable.
  • Once a rental period has started (whether delivery or self pick up has been made or not), the reservation is non-refundable.
  • No partial refund is issued for early return, refusal to use an item, unused rental time, or changes in travel plans.
  • No refund is issued if a theme park, hotel, resort, HOA, vacation-home community, or other property refuses entry, delivery, use, or storage of the rental item.

5. Reservation Changes

All reservation-change requests must be sent by email to info@strollertogo.com. Changes are subject to availability and routing constraints.

  • Requests made at least 48 hours before the start of the reservation are more likely to be accommodated.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the reservation start may not be possible.
  • Drivers cannot approve or make reservation changes in the field.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Standard pricing includes delivery and pickup in our normal service areas, including the Walt Disney World area, International Drive area, Kissimmee tourist area, SeaWorld area, and Universal Orlando area. We may deliver to some locations in Davenport, Winter Garden, and Champions Gate and may require an additional delivery fee. Other areas are outside our regular service zone are not available.

Same-day and last-minute reservations are subject to scheduling availability and are not guaranteed for immediate or on time delivery.

Unless otherwise stated on your reservation, delivery and pickup windows are scheduled for:

  • 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, or
  • 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

You must return the item to the same approved location and by the time stated on your reservation unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.

6.1 Non-Disney Hotels and Resorts

If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World on-site resort, your item(s) may be delivered to bell services, luggage services, reception, or another accepted drop-off location, depending on the property’s rules and our procedures for that location.

6.2 Walt Disney World Resorts

Disney resorts require an in-person handoff for both delivery and pickup. For Disney resort reservations:

  • You must meet our driver in person for delivery and pickup.
  • We typically meet at the resort’s drop-off or registration driveway.
  • Please be available from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after your scheduled time.
  • Our driver may send a courtesy message shortly before arrival, but you remain responsible for being present even if you do not see the message.

Leaving a rental item unattended at a Disney resort does not count as a valid return.

6.3 Vacation Homes and Clubhouses

For vacation-home reservations, items are typically delivered near the front door or at an approved clubhouse or reception location, if permitted. Not all communities allow clubhouse delivery or pickup.

6.4 Missed Appointments, Redelivery, and Late Return

  • If you are unavailable for a scheduled in-person delivery or pickup, a $15 missed appointment fee may be charged.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an additional trip or delay, a $15 redelivery fee may be charged.
  • If the item is not available for pickup at the agreed time and place, a $20 late fee and an additional rental day may be charged.
  • If pickup is rescheduled to a time after the rental was originally due back, additional rental charges may apply.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

If weather, road conditions, government orders, property restrictions, or other conditions outside our reasonable control delay or prevent delivery or pickup, we may reschedule service as soon as reasonably possible. If weather prevents pickup, you must keep the item safe until pickup can be completed. If weather-related delay causes you to keep the item longer solely because we could not retrieve it, no extra rental charge will apply for that weather-related extension alone.

8. Product Availability and Substitutions

We make reasonable efforts to provide the reserved model or brand. However, we may substitute a comparable item, brand, style, or color if necessary due to availability, maintenance, safety, or logistics.

9. Condition of Items; Reporting Problems

By accepting delivery or using the item, you acknowledge that the item is in acceptable condition unless you notify us otherwise within the required reporting period below.

  • If an accessory is missing, notify us within 24 hours of the start of the reservation.
  • If you notice damage, a defect, or a functional problem, email info@strollertogo.com with photos on the same day you receive the item.
  • Issues not reported within the required period may be treated as having occurred during your rental period.

If we determine that a reported issue warrants replacement, we will arrange a replacement when reasonably possible. If the same model is unavailable, a similar item may be offered.

10. Proper Use of Rental Items

You agree to use each item only as intended by the manufacturer and by Stroller To Go. This includes following all posted warnings, weight limits, usage limitations, and property rules.

  • Do not use strollers or accessories in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer guidance.
  • Do not exceed weight limits.
  • Do not use strollers on the beach or in sandy conditions unless the manufacturer specifically permits it.
  • Do not remove, alter, disable, or tamper with any part or accessory.
  • Electric mobility scooters may only be used by persons age 16 or older, except where required by disability-related accommodation.
  • Do not leave electric mobility scooters in rain or drive them through standing water or deep puddles.

11. Rain Covers and Wet Conditions

Rain covers are rental items and are not automatically included unless reserved. Rain covers are weather-resistant, not waterproof. Even with a rain cover, the stroller may become wet if left in the rain. If an item becomes wet, allow it to air dry or place it in airflow from air conditioning. Do not use a heater, hair dryer, or other heat source to dry the item.

12. Personal Property

Stroller To Go is not responsible for personal property left in, on, or with any rental item during or after the rental period. If you believe you left an item behind, email us within 24 hours at info@strollertogo.com. We will make reasonable efforts to look for it, but we do not guarantee recovery.

13. Return Condition; Damage, Loss, and Theft

You must return each item in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, ordinary wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for loss of, theft of, or damage to rental items during your rental period unless covered by Rental Insurance under Section 14.

If an item is not returned, is returned damaged, or is returned in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning, repair, or replacement, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the amount properly due. If the payment method fails or is unavailable, we may send you an invoice payable upon receipt.

14. Rental Insurance

Rental Insurance is optional for online reservations unless otherwise stated. For reservations manually entered by Stroller To Go, Rental Insurance is automatically added and required.

Rental Insurance is limited coverage. It is intended to protect against certain qualifying accidental damage and certain qualifying loss or theft that are genuinely outside your control. It is not a blanket waiver of responsibility.

14.1 What Rental Insurance May Cover

  • Accidental damage to a covered item or covered accessory during normal and proper use.
  • Qualifying loss or theft when the item was handled in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and was not left unattended in a prohibited location.

14.2 Cooperation Requirement

By purchasing or using Rental Insurance, you agree to cooperate fully and promptly in any investigation involving loss, theft, or damage. This includes providing accurate information, responding to our communications, and assisting in recovery efforts when reasonably requested. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of insurance coverage.

14.3 What Rental Insurance Does Not Cover

Rental Insurance does not cover loss, theft, damage, or expense resulting from any of the following:

  • Unattended items left in a public or unsecured area, including but not limited to parking lots, outside a hotel or resort room, outside a vacation home or Airbnb, in a hotel lobby where in-person handoff is required, or any other location not expressly approved by us for return.
  • Invalid return attempts, including leaving an item behind instead of handing it directly to our representative when an in-person handoff is required.
  • Abandonment, including leaving an item at a hotel, resort, bell desk, front desk, clubhouse, or other location before or after the end of the rental period without our prior written approval.
  • Failure to pick up an item from a hotel or resort accepted-storage location on the date of your reservation, where the property later misplaces, moves, discards, or disposes of it.
  • Misuse, including beach or sand use, exceeding weight limits, collisions, rough handling, use inconsistent with the manufacturer’s intended purpose, or use prohibited by property rules.
  • Alteration or tampering, including holes from pins, tape, stickers, adhesive residue, removed parts, modified accessories, or other unauthorized changes.
  • Water damage to scooters, including leaving a scooter in rain, driving in heavy rain, or driving through water puddles or standing water.
  • Non-covered items, including rain-cover loss, scooter charger pouch loss, and damage to a Special Needs Basket.

14.4 Theme Park Parking Exception

Designated stroller parking areas inside theme parks are not considered unattended public areas for purposes of Rental Insurance, because those areas are generally monitored by park personnel. However, you must still follow the park’s procedures and promptly report any missing item to park personnel and to us.

14.5 What To Do if an Item Is Missing

  1. First, confirm the item was not moved by theme park, hotel, or property staff.
  2. Immediately notify a park, hotel, or resort employee.
  3. Then contact Stroller To Go at (321) 466-0112 as soon as possible.

If inventory allows, we may provide a replacement or comparable substitute. Replacement is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

15. Replacement Costs

22. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at info@strollertogo.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter. 23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Changes to Terms and Conditions
