Definitions in the Terms and Conditions: “Customer” or “Client” refers to any person, persons, company, or entity engaged in business activities with Stroller To Go. May also be referred to as “User” and “Stroller To Go” refers to any agents, service providers, or representatives of Orlando for Stroller To Go, LLC. “Products” and “Goods” refers to any tangible items rented or sold by Stroller To Go. “Services” refers to any vacation concierge, rental or personal service offered by Stroller To Go. 

Agreement between customer and Stroller To Go:
Any purchase/order of product, rental item or service from Stroller To Go constitutes an agreement to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Option to Decline: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT PLACE AN ORDER, SIGN THIS AGREEMENT, RENT A STROLLER OR OTHERWISE ENGAGE IN ANY RENTAL TRANSACTION OR OTHER COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION WITH STROLLER TO GO.

Prices:
All prices are deemed accurate at the time of publishing the website. Prices may change at any time. Once a product or service has been purchased, the price for that particular product or service is guaranteed at the time of payment for the date the service or rental is reserved. Additional products and services can be purchased at the current rate.

Method of Payment:
Payments for goods and services are made in advance and follow specific rules of the cancellation and return policy (below).

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests for cancellations must be provided to Stroller To Go by email to [email protected]. Cancellations/changes cannot be accepted by voicemail or social media messages. 

For a refund, less a $15 service fee, a product delivery or service may be cancelled by client with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the reservation date. Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation or service date are non-refundable. For example, if a stroller rental reservation begins on May 15, you must cancel BEFORE May 13 for a refund less $15. 

Reservation changes are only accepted if notice is provided to [email protected] prior to the 48 hours non-refundable and non-changeable time period prior to a reservation. Changes are based on availability. If a request cannot be accommodated and notice is provided with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the original scheduled reservation, a refund less $15 will be provided. 

Weather Related Issues:  If there are weather conditions that cause Stroller To Go to temporarily cease deliveries, a new delivery time will be made. If there are any weather conditions that prevent Stroller To Go from picking up a rental item, it is the customers responsibility to keep the item or items safe in their possession until a new date and time for a pick-up can be scheduled. If this causes you to keep the stroller for extra time, you will be able to use it free of charge during that time. If notice is provided that a weather condition may exist to where a delivery or pick up cannot be made, we may need to pick-up or deliver the item or items prior to the scheduled delivery or pick up time and there are no refunds for unused time.

Travel insurance that provides coverage for all components of your trip is available and may be purchased at https://www.travelsafe.com/?welcome=CRUFL39. Travel insurance is highly recommended and may cover against non-refundable payments.

There are no refunds, full or partial, for rental items that are refused by any theme park preventing your entrance with the item.

There are no refunds, full or partial, if your hotel (or other accommodations) does not allow Stroller To Go onto the property to make the delivery. Stroller To Go cannot deliver to any Central Florida theme park or it’s entrance. 

All cancellation fees are on a per item basis.

Availability of Products and Goods:
Stroller To Go makes every effort to ensure the availability of specific items and brands. On occasion, Stroller To Go may need to substitute for another item, brand, color, etc. due to specific product availability. 

Warranties
Stroller To Go does not offer any warranties on any goods or services. Quality of items rented cannot be guaranteed. 

Additional Terms for Rental Items:

*Prices include delivery and pick up for hotels in Walt Disney World, the International Drive area, the Sea World area and Universal Orlando Resorts

Same day bookings are NOT guaranteed same day delivery. They will be delivered at earliest scheduling availability.

Bookings with delivery within 24 hours are delivered at earliest scheduling availability.

For Orlando/Kissimmee Area Resort/Hotel Guests
If you are NOT staying at a Disney on-site resort, your stroller will be delivered to the bell services desk prior to 10:00am or after 5:00pm on the first day of your rental. Please return the items to the same location on the last day of your rental by 5:00pm. 

Disney World Resort delivery is by appointment only, due to Disney rules and restrictions

For Orlando/Kissimmee Area Vacation Homes
Deliveries are from 8am until 11am and from 5pm until 8pm. Strollers are due back by 5pm. We pick up every day in Orlando/Kissimmee 8am until 11am and from 5pm until 8pm.

For delivery to Davenport, some locations in Winter Garden and some locations in Clermont there is a $10 delivery fee. 

Delivery outside of the above areas we do not deliver. Contact us for details.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
This notice is especially important to customers who are visiting a theme park on the day the stroller is due back to us. 

If your stroller rental requires an in-person pick up on the last day of the rental, a driver will set a return time window based on scheduling availability and stroller rental return requirements. You have to be available to meet the driver during this window. If you are not available for any reason, you will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee. A new pick up window will be assigned. If the new pick up window is past the time the rental is due back by (typically 3pm), an additional $25 late return fee will be charged. If stroller is not returned on the last day of your rental period during pick up hours, full replacement fees will be charged. See below for replacement fee cost lists. 

Delivery drivers can not extend your reservation. 

Client agrees to return the item in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. Item must be returned to specified location on the last day of rental at the specific time agreed to (before 3:00 PM) to avoid additional fees (see above).

Acceptance of items and/or any use of items is an agreement that the items are in good working order and satisfactory for use. If client does not agree, client must refuse the order, not use the item and notify Stroller To Go immediately. Stroller To Go provides clean and well maintained equipment. If you see any problems with or defects/damage to the stroller, contact Stroller To Go at [email protected] with photos the same day you received the stroller for replacement. Any problems with the rental or any delivered accessory not reported the same day cannot be considered as previous user or company damage/issues. If the problem reported warrants a replacement, Stroller To Go will make arrangements with you to change the item. If the same item is unavailable, a similar item will be offered. 

Client agrees to use the rental items only in the manner intended by the manufacturer and Stroller To Go. Stroller To Go cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss as a result of misuse by the user.

Stroller To Go cannot be held liable or held responsible in any way for any injury or loss due to manufacturer defects or when the items are not used in the manner intended. 

Color and style of strollers and other rental items may vary. 

Client agrees to pay the replacement costs associated with the loss of or damage to any item. The form of payment used for the reservation will be charged on the final day of rental for any items that are not returned or returned damaged. If a form of payment is not available, an invoice will be sent and payment is due on the same day. There is a 5% fee for each day the invoice is not paid. 

Stroller To Go is not responsible for any loss of personal items during or after a rental. If you believe you have left an item in the rental, email us at [email protected] and it will be looked for and arrangements will be made to return the item if found.

RENTAL ITEMS –  INSURANCE
Rental Insurance covers against theft and frame/fabric damage out of your control. 

In the event your stroller is stolen from the parks:
First, make sure the stroller wasn’t moved from the current location, as this happens frequently. Immediately notify an employee and then contact Stroller To Go at 321-466-0112. We will replace the stroller as long as we have a replacement available. If we do not have a replacement available, a similar stroller may be offered if available. 

Please note, insurance does not cover spills, stains, diaper mess, vomit, etc. You may incur a $25 excessive cleaning fee which will automatically be charged to the payment method on file, if your payment information was not saved, you will be billed this fee and it is due the day you receive the invoice. The late payment fee of 5% per day for unpaid invoices will apply. Some of these types of stains can be considered significant damage making the item unrentable and a full charge for the item replacement will be assessed (see list below), this is not covered by the insurance. 

**Rental insurance does not cover parts and stroller accessories. 

When purchasing and using the insurance, client agrees to cooperate in any investigation involving the theft of a rental item. 

Rental Insurance does not cover intentional damage or damage that is within your control or if the stroller is used in ways not intended by the manufacture (such as using it on the beach or in other sandy areas, exceeding the weight limits, removing parts and accessories, etc.). Rental insurance does not cover intentional loss. For example, leaving the stroller unattended in a public place. Please note: leaving the stroller in the designated stroller parking areas of the theme parks is not considered “leaving it in public”, these areas are monitored by employees / cast members.

Rental insurance does not cover the loss of stroller parts or accessories that can be manually removed such as the wheels.

Customer agrees to not change or alter a rental. This includes but is not limited to holes in the fabric from pins, tape on the handle bar or any other place, etc. Extra cleaning and or replacement fees will be charged. 

Replacement costs (includes shipping, handling and service fees) on rental items is as follows:

City Mini Single or Citi Mini 2 Single Stroller: $350
City Mini Single GT or Citi Mini GT 2 Single Stroller: $450
City Mini Double or Citi Mini Double 2 Stroller: $575
City Mini Double GT or Double GT2: $750
Summit X3 Single: $525

If you are staying at a resort/hotel that accepts items at the front desk, bell services, or other location and you do not pick up the item on the date of your reservation or you leave the item before the day you check out, the item could be considered abandoned by the resort/hotel. If this happens and the rented items are missing or disposed of by the hotel/resort, you are responsible for the full cost of the item as listed above and it is not covered by rental insurance.

Rain Covers
Rain covers (or also known as weather covers) are provided by Stroller To Go on a request basis and not automatically included. The rain covers used are made by the stroller manufacturer or to the same specifications of the stroller manufacturer and fit to the stroller that you have rented. They are weather resistant but not weather proof. If the stroller is left out in the rain, even with the cover, the stroller will get wet. It is advised to secure the stroller in a covered area if there is rain or the possibility of rain. If the stroller is wet, with or without the cover, and you wish to obtain a replacement, there is a $25 fee (plus additional delivery fees for out of area customers) and delivery will be scheduled. A replacement is based on availability. 

RISK
Customer assumes all risks, liabilities and damages arising from the use and operation of all products and rental equipment provided by Stroller To Go. Customer assumes full responsibility for and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stroller To Go from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, in connection with the use or operation of such equipment.

Customer is responsible for complying with all state and local laws, regulations, and rules of all property owners where strollers are being used or located (such as theme parks) pertaining to the use of the stroller(s), including following traffic laws, parking where and when permitted only, and use of/closing of strollers on moving vehicles such as trams, monorails, etc. Customer agrees not to hold Stroller To Go responsible for same and to indemnify Stroller To Go for all claims arising out of Customer’s failure to abide by such laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Stroller To Go reserves the right to refuse and refund any purchased product or service at any time prior to a delivery.

The terms of this agreement are governed by the state of Florida. If a dispute arises between the client and Stroller To Go, each party agrees that any litigation against Stroller To Go must occur in Orange County, Florida. All fees for any disputes are borne by the customer. 

Modification of Terms
Stroller To Go has the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which Services are offered.
