DELIVERY AND COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS

Orlando/Kissimmee area Hotels:
Your stroller will be delivered to the bell services or check in desk of the resort or hotel you listed on your reservation request. When you check in, let them know that a stroller was delivered there for you. They usually keep them in a luggage storage room. Your stroller will also have your family name for easy identification. You DO NOT need to be present for delivery of the stroller to your resort or hotel.

 

Disney Resorts:
We do deliver to Disney resorts, but they require their resort guests to meet with our delivery driver.
All deliveries and pick ups will need to be made face to face with one of our company employees.

To be able to accommodate all our customers we kindly ask you to be available from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the delivery and pick up time on your reservation. 

The driver will send you a message 15 minutes before arrival.
Important: Choose a time in which you will be able to meet with us for both delivery and the return.

We meet the guest at the drop off/registration drive way.

 

Vacation homes:
If the stroller is delivered to a private residence or vacation home, please set the delivery time for after you arrive at the home. If you have a special request for a delivery time, please text or email so we can work out the details.

 

Airport Delivery:
We do not deliver to or pick up from the airport.

 

Davenport and Winter Garden Locations:

Davenport, Champions Gate and Winter Garden are outside our normal delivery area, but we can deliver and pick up there also for a $10 delivery fee and a 2 item minimum.
