If there are any weather conditions that prevent Stroller To Go from picking up an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep the item or items safe in their possession until a new date and time for a pick-up can be scheduled. If this causes you to keep the stroller for extra time, you will be able to use it free of charge during that time.

Any problems with or defects/damage to the item(s) not reported the same day cannot be considered as previous user or company damage/issues.

Rain covers (or also known as weather covers) are a rental item and not automatically included. The rain covers used are made by the stroller manufacturer or to the same specifications to fit the item(s) that you have rented. They are weather resistant but not weather proof. If the stroller is left out in the rain, even with the cover, the stroller will get wet. It is advised to secure the stroller in a covered area if there is rain or the possibility of rain. If the stroller is wet, with or without the cover, please air dry or place in the airflow of an AC vent. Do not use a heat source to dry the stroller, this may damage the stroller.

Client agrees to use the item(s) only in the manner intended by the manufacturer and Stroller To Go.

Stroller To Go cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury or loss due to manufacturer defects or when the item(s) is (are) not used in the manner intended.

Electric Mobility Scooter rentals are only allowed to be used by people 16 years of age and up.

There is no minimum age requirement for individuals with a disability.

Leaving an electric mobility scooter in the rain, driving it during rain or driving it through water puddles may cause damage and prevent the scooter from functioning properly.

Stroller To Go is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal item(s) during or after the rental period.

Client agrees to return the item(s) in the same condition as at the time of delivery.

If you believe you have left an item in the rental, email us within 24 hours at [email protected] and it will be looked for and arrangements will be made to return the item if found.

Stroller To Go Rental Insurance:

Stroller To Go Rental Insurance covers against loss, theft and damage out of your control.

Please read the entire Insurance Terms and Conditions for what is and is not covered under the Stroller To Go Insurance.

In the event of loss/theft from one of the theme parks or other non-public/secure locations:
First, make sure the item wasn’t moved from the location where you parked the item(s), as this happens frequently.

Immediately notify a park/hotel/resort employee and then contact Stroller To Go at 321-466-0112. We will replace the item as long as we have a replacement available. If we do not have a replacement available, a similar item may be offered, if available.

When purchasing and using the insurance, client agrees to cooperate in any investigation involving the theft/loss of a rental item.

Rental insurance does not cover ‘intentional’ loss. For example, leaving the rental item unattended in a public place. Including, but not limited to: parking lot, outside your hotel/resort room and outside your vacation home/AirBnB. Please note: leaving the item in the designated stroller parking areas of the theme parks is not considered “leaving it in public”, these areas are monitored by employees / cast members.

If you are staying at a resort/hotel that accepts items at the front desk, bell services, or other location and you do not pick up the item on the date of your reservation or you leave the item before the end of the rental period and not inform Stroller To Go, the item could be considered abandoned by the resort/hotel. If the rented items are missing or disposed of by the hotel/resort, you are responsible for the full replacement cost of the item(s) as listed above and it is not covered by Rental Insurance.

Rental Insurance covers damage to item(s), of parts and accessories.

As long as they were used as intended by the manufacturer and if the parts and/or accessories were not removed from the item by the renter or any other person with access to the item.

Rental Insurance does not cover intentional damage or damage that is within your control or if the stroller is used in ways not intended by the manufacture (such as using it on the beach or in other sandy areas, exceeding the weight limits, removing parts and accessories, hitting objects etc.).

Rental Insurance does not cover when you change or alter a rental item. Including, but is not limited to: Holes in the fabric from pins, tape/stickers on the handle bar or any other place. Extra cleaning fee and/or replacement cost will be charged.

If an electric mobility scooter is left outside in the rain, is driven during heavy rain or water puddles it will cause damage to the scooter and is not covered by the Rental Insurance. For example: the battery box can fill with water and damage the batteries.
